Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in network analysis or monitoring.
- Proficiency with SolarWinds, Nagios or Wireshark.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols and network services.
- Experience with data analysis and report generation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor network traffic and performance using specialized tools.
- Analyze network data to diagnose connectivity, latency, and packet loss.
- Develop reports on performance, capacity and service quality.
- Implement configuration changes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and support to resolve incidents.
