Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of software development projects from requirements to deployment.
• Lead and mentor development teams in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans and budgets.
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies with proactive mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between development teams, product owners, QA and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
• Track progress, manage scope changes and ensure timely releases.
• Incorporate user feedback and post-launch support into project plans.
