Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Mahikeng, North West. The role focuses on coordinating logistics, managing inventory, and supporting procurement to ensure smooth operations in a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate will hold a SCM-related degree, have 1–3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, and be proficient with inventory systems and MS Office. Strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a coordination role.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of goods, managing inbound and outbound logistics.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability, minimizing shortages and overstocking.
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues.
• Assist procurement teams in sourcing and managing supplier relationships.
• Process shipping documentation and maintain accurate supply chain records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of supply chain processes and efficiency.
