Placements24 is seeking a diligent FMCG Supply Chain Coordinator to join the operations team near Rustenburg. You will oversee procurement, inventory, and logistics to ensure product availability while minimizing costs, with a blend of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain coordination, strong ERP and Excel skills, and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management or coordination.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics and procurement.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day supply chain activities including procurement, inventory and logistics.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and logistics providers for timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement stock optimization strategies.
• Process purchase orders, track shipments and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze data to identify cost-saving improvements.
