Placements24 is seeking a proactive Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator for a hybrid role in East London. You will manage the end-to-end flow of goods, coordinate transportation, and oversee inventory, with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of logistics experience, strong ERP/software skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities to support carrier and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and transportation modes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing office-based and remote tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the supply chain, including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
• Optimize logistics operations to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
• Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and other third‑party logistics providers.
• Track shipments, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
