The successful candidate will manage order fulfillment, track shipments, and resolve challenges to enhance client satisfaction and overall supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in supply chain coordination, logistics, or related procurement.
• Solid understanding of logistics operations, transport modes, and inventory management.
• Proficiency with SCM software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of goods for timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to stakeholders on order status.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Process shipping documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in planning and executing inventory management strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare reports on supply chain performance, including delivery times and costs.
• Liaise with purchasing to ensure smooth inbound logistics.
• Support Supply Chain Manager in planning and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities.
