Placements24 client in the FMCG sector seeks a highly analytical Supply Chain Analyst to optimize inventory, improve logistics and support strategic decisions in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. You will translate data into actionable insights and help drive service levels across the distribution network.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a quantitative field, 3+ years in supply chain analysis, strong Excel/SQL/Power BI skills, and the ability to collaborate across procurement, manufacturing, logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (SCM, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Data analytics) and strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive improvements.
• Experience with SCM/ERP systems and cross-functional collaboration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain models to forecast demand, inventory needs and logistics costs.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular management reports; collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics and sales.
