Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Partnerships Development Officer to forge strategic alliances in Port Elizabeth and surrounding areas. This hybrid role blends remote work with essential in-person engagement to expand collaboration with organizations and community groups.

You will identify partners, develop mutually beneficial agreements, and nurture collaborations to advance the mission. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and cultivate potential strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and community organizations.
• Develop and negotiate partnership agreements, outlining clear objectives and mutual benefits.
• Manage and strengthen existing partner relationships through regular communication and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between partnership goals and organizational strategy.
• Organize and host events to engage partners and showcase the impact of collaborations.
• Track partnership activities and report on their effectiveness and contribution to organizational goals.
