Placements24 is seeking a vibrant E-commerce Social Media Coordinator to join our Pietermaritzburg team. This hybrid role focuses on growing online presence, creating engaging content, managing channels, and boosting ecommerce engagement.

You will collaborate with the marketing team, monitor trends, respond to comments, and support influencer initiatives, with occasional in-office visits.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role, preferably within an e-commerce context.
• Excellent understanding of major social media platforms and their audiences.
• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and basic visual design.
• Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
• A passion for social media and e-commerce trends.
• Residing in or willing to commute to Pietermaritzburg for hybrid work requirements.
