Job summary

RecruitMyMom in Sandton, South Africa, is seeking a hands-on coordinator to drive growth for a conscious skincare brand. This hybrid role combines business development with supply chain oversight, inventory management, and local fulfilment.

The position is a three-month contract, about 15 hours per week, with potential for expanded responsibilities as commercial traction grows. Remote work from home is allowed, but you should be based in the Sandton region to support stock control and client

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma or Degree in Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Prior experience with conscious, ethical, eco-friendly, or natural skincare brands is preferred.
• Proven experience in commercial sales, business development, and operational/inventory logistics, ideally in skincare or consumer goods.

Responsibilities

• Drive direct-to-consumer and B2B growth for a conscious skincare brand in SA.
• Oversee supply chain, inventory management and local fulfilment.
• Coordinate logistics with courier providers and manage stock in Johannesburg facility.
• Perform local product hand-deliveries as needed and support pricing/go-to-market refinements.
