Placements24 client is seeking a data-driven SEO Analyst to join a growing marketing team in Stellenbosch. You will conduct keyword research, technical audits, and performance analysis to improve organic visibility and traffic.

The role emphasizes collaboration with content, development, and marketing teams in a hybrid work setting. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of SEO experience, proficiency with GA, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and a solid understanding of technical, on-page, and local SEO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related analytical field is required.
• 2+ years of experience as an SEO Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (GA, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs) required.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and local SEO.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analyses to inform SEO strategy.
• Perform technical SEO audits and fix issues impacting rankings and UX.
• Monitor traffic, rankings, and key SEO metrics using GA and GSC.
• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including schema markup.
