Placements24 is seeking a Retail Sales Team Lead to oversee a small team of sales associates, drive sales across online and pop-up channels, and coordinate remote work from Upington, Northern Cape. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a supervisory role, excellent customer service, and strong communication skills, with experience using POS systems and online sales

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
