The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of reliability experience, plus expertise in RCM, FMEA, PRA, data analysis (JMP/Minitab), CMMS,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably in power generation or heavy industrial sectors.
• Proven experience with RCM, FMEA, and PRA methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (JMP, Minitab).
• Knowledge of power plant systems (turbines, generators, boilers, pumps).
• Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, thermography).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in a hybrid setting.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment failure data and trends to identify root causes and develop corrective actions.
• Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs.
• Conduct FMEA and PRA analyses to assess risk and improve reliability.
• Optimize maintenance strategies, schedules, and spare parts to improve availability and reduce costs.
• Monitor KPIs related to equipment reliability and availability.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues and implement reliability improvements.
• Provide technical guidance on equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.
• Develop and deliver training on reliability concepts and best practices.
