Placements24 is seeking an Executive Recruitment Consultant to join our Richards Bay team, combining office collaboration with remote work flexibility. You will lead retained searches, sourcing C-suite and senior talent, while building strategic relationships with top clients and guiding them through offers and onboarding.

You will leverage market intelligence, direct sourcing, and negotiation skills to deliver executive placements across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in executive search or senior recruitment.
• Proven success sourcing and placing C-suite and senior management roles.
• Strong market research, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent business acumen and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding negotiation and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct retained executive searches from client engagement to placement.
• Identify, assess, and engage top-tier executive talent through research and direct sourcing.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic guidance on executive talent acquisition.
• Manage offer processes and onboarding for placed executives.
• Expand the client base through proactive business development.
