Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Customer Service; prepare trends reports; stay updated on fraud schemes; train staff and maintain case management. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in fraud/risk and SQL experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years in fraud investigation or risk management in financial services or e‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of fraud typologies and prevention strategies.
• Proficiency in data analysis; SQL experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and ability to document investigations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze transaction data to detect suspicious patterns in real time.
• Investigate reported fraud cases, gather evidence, document findings.
• Develop and refine fraud detection rules within fraud management systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Operations, IT) to resolve incidents.
• Prepare reports on fraud trends, investigation outcomes, and recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated on fraud schemes and industry best practices.
• Assist in fraud awareness training for staff.
• Maintain fraud case management systems.
• Communicate with external parties such as law enforcement or payment processors when needed.
