Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on construction projects.
Knowledge of cost engineering principles and contract law.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects.
Manage all costs relating to building projects, from initial calculations to final figures.
Administer and manage construction contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Identify, analyze, and report on project financial performance and potential risks.
Negotiate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on contract terms and costs.
Valuation of work completed and processing of interim and final payments.
