Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or Production Line Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols in a factory setting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule, balancing on-site and remote administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on production line equipment to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues, implementing timely repairs.
• Ensure the production line is running efficiently, meeting quality standards and production quotas.
