Placements24 is seeking an experienced Production Team Leader for a hybrid role at a Polokwane manufacturing plant. You will oversee a shift, guide production operators, and ensure targets, quality, safety, and teamwork are maintained.

Your leadership will drive efficiency and output, with a focus on coaching, adherence to procedures, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize resource allocation and resolve issues swiftly.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators during a shift, ensuring schedules are followed.
• Monitor processes to maintain quality and address deviations.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines and procedures are followed at all times.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other leaders to optimize workflow and resources.
