Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols in a factory setting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule, balancing on-site and remote administrative tasks as needed.
