You will design, analyze, and implement electrical systems, integrating renewables like solar and wind, while collaborating with teams, performing studies, and ensuring safety and reliability in a hybrid on-site/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering focused on power systems analysis and grid integration.
• Experience with power system analysis software ETAP, PSS/E, or DIgSILENT PowerFactory.
• Strong understanding of AC/DC theory, power electronics, protection and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for power generation, transmission, and distribution.
• Analyze power system performance, including load flow, short circuit, and stability studies.
• Integrate renewable energy sources with the existing grid infrastructure.
• Develop technical specifications and documentation for electrical equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Perform site inspections and commissioning of electrical installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical engineering problems.
• Stay current with industry codes and standards (IEC, IEEE).
• Contribute to grid modernization and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Manage technical risks and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
