Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Registered with HPCSA or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of pediatric occupational therapy experience.
• Proficiency in sensory integration, fine and gross motor development, telehealth delivery.
• Excellent diagnostic, treatment planning, communication, and documentation skills.
• Patient-centered, collaborative approach; able to work in a hybrid/Mahikeng setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric OT assessments to identify needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct services including fine/gross motor and sensory integration.
• Deliver telehealth sessions and in-person clinic care in Mahikeng.
• Educate and train parents, caregivers, and educators on strategies.
• Monitor progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other professionals and families for holistic care.
• Maintain professional competencies and ensure a safe environment.
