Placements24 is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team in Vereeniging, Gauteng. You will support children to develop, recover, or maintain daily living skills through hands-on therapy and individualized treatment plans.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy with HPCSA registration and 3–5 years of pediatric experience. You will work with physicians, speech therapists, and physical therapists to promote

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Registration with HPCSA as an Occupational Therapist.
• 3–5 years of pediatric OT experience.
• Experience with autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, developmental delays.
• Strong knowledge of child development, sensory integration, and motor control theories.

Mansioni

• Assess pediatric clients using standardized and non-standardized evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans.
• Improve fine motor, sensory, cognitive, and social-emotional skills.
• Educate parents, caregivers, and teachers on strategies.
