Job summary

Anonymous, a prominent industrial manufacturing company in Vereeniging, is seeking a Packaging Performance Continuous Improvement Manager to drive efficiency, quality, and cost reduction across operations in Gauteng. You will lead lean initiatives, mentor teams, and implement standardized work, while collaborating with department heads to embed CI into daily operations and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or process engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and change management abilities.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvements across manufacturing, logistics, and administrative functions using data-driven approaches.
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping workshops, and other lean methodologies.
• Develop and implement standardized work procedures and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Train and mentor employees at all levels on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
• Track and report on the progress and impact of improvement initiatives, ensuring sustainable results.
• Collaborate with department heads to integrate CI principles into daily operations and strategic planning.
