Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in logistics coordination, dispatch, or related field.
• Proficiency with logistics management software and GPS tracking systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries with optimal route planning.
• Monitor fleet performance and driver activities via logistics software.
• Communicate with drivers to provide instructions and resolve transit issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, delivery times, and costs.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams for timely loading/unloading.
