Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in logistics, operations, or administrative role within a transport environment.
• Experience coordinating daily operational activities is essential.
• Familiarity with logistics documentation and basic understanding of warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working in Gauteng, East Rand is an advantage.
• Hybrid environment balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics activities, including shipment tracking, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Assist inbound and outbound logistics processes to ensure efficiency.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse personnel, and transport partners.
• Prepare and manage logistics documentation, such as delivery notes, manifests, and proofs of deliveries.
• Monitor operational performance against targets and report deviations or issues.
• Respond promptly to operational queries and resolve logistical challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, inventory movements, and staff activities.
• Support the operations management team with administrative tasks and data entry.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Benoni logistics hub.
