Placements24 is seeking a sharp Logistics Network Analyst in Rustenburg to design, optimize, and maintain an efficient logistics network. The role blends data-driven modeling with practical implementation in a hybrid setting, requiring strong quantitative skills and experience in network design.

You will analyze networks, build simulations, and present actionable insights to drive cost reductions and service improvements for the client’s warehousing and logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics analysis, supply chain planning, or network design.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data modeling and statistical analysis.
• Experience with logistics simulation software or network optimization tools (e.g., Llamasoft, AnyLogic).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent understanding of supply chain principles and logistics operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
• Hybrid work environment and ability to work from Rustenburg office on designated days.
• Bachelor's degree in related quantitative field; logistics/warehousing sector experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing logistics networks to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
