Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Map and analyze current business processes across functions.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies and waste.
• Design and recommend optimized process flows using Lean/Six Sigma.
• Lead implementation of process improvements including training and change management.
• Develop KPIs to measure impact and success of changes.
• Document new processes and SOPs for consistency.
