Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Program Manager to oversee operations in the Sandton area on a hybrid schedule. The role requires developing, implementing, and managing high‑quality early childhood programs with supervision of staff, curriculum oversight, and parent engagement.

You will ensure compliance with educational standards while coordinating remote planning and on-site program delivery. Strong leadership and communication are essential to lead teams effectively.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in early childhood program management or leadership.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development theories and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage hybrid work responsibilities and lead remote/on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of early childhood education programs.
• Manage and mentor a team of early childhood educators and support staff.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure adherence to educational standards.
• Foster relationships with parents and the community.
• Conduct administrative tasks, data analysis, and reporting remotely, with on-site engagement for key meetings.
