Qualifications

• Qualification in Early Childhood Development with pediatric care specialization or extensive coursework.
• Strong knowledge of infant and toddler development milestones and age-appropriate learning methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate specialized childcare programs for infants and toddlers, ensuring developmental appropriateness.
• Train and mentor staff on pediatric care and early childhood development practices.
• Develop and implement age-specific activities and routines promoting physical, cognitive, and emotional growth.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic, and stimulating environment for very young children.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development, health, and daily experiences.
