Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between system records and physical stock.
• Monitor stock levels and implement reorder processes to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Oversee receiving and put-away processes, ensuring correct item identification and location assignment.
• Manage dispatch processes, verifying order accuracy against inventory records.
• Enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure proper storage and handling to minimize damage and loss.
• Train warehouse staff on inventory-related procedures.
