Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 4 years in quality/industrial engineering or process control.
• Proficient in SPC and QMS, ISO 9001 experience preferred.
• Experience with Minitab or similar statistics software.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain SPC programs.
• Design and manage QMS in line with ISO 9001 standards.
• Monitor data, identify deviations, implement CAPA.
• Conduct Cp/Cpk analyses and process performance assessments.
• Create and maintain quality control plans and SOPs.
• Lead internal quality audits and support external audits.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve quality issues.
• Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints; identify root causes.
• Train staff on SPC and problem-solving techniques.
• Stay updated on quality standards and industry best practices.
