Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering with focus on supply chain optimization.
• Proficiency in supply chain modeling software, SAP ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across procurement, sales and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current supply chain operations including warehousing, inventory, transport and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce lead times and costs.
• Use data analysis and modeling to identify optimization opportunities and forecast demand.
• Design improved inventory control and warehouse layouts.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop performance dashboards to monitor supply chain effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and present recommendations for improvements.
