Hybrid work model offers a balance between office and remote work while maintaining compliance with SA labor regulations.

You will handle payroll, HR records, benefits administration, onboarding, and HR reporting, partnering with management to support reliable HR operations and data protection practices.

Formación

• 3–5 years of HR administration and payroll processing experience.
• Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems.
• Strong knowledge of South African payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage employee records with data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
• Administer employee benefits enrollments and changes.
• Assist with recruitment: schedule interviews and prepare offers.
• Onboard new employees and complete documentation.
• Respond to inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
• Maintain HR files and documentation per legal requirements.
• Generate HR reports for management as requested.
• Support HR team with administrative tasks and projects.
