Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or other project management software.
• Familiarity with engineering project lifecycles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Bloemfontein.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills in project coordination and engineering management.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing engineering projects.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear communication.
• Manage project documentation, including reports, drawings, and permits.
• Track project progress and address potential issues proactively.
• Prepare project status reports for management.
• Assist in budget management and tracking project expenditures.
• Organize project meetings and ensure minutes are taken and distributed.
