Placements24 is helping a respected charity in Centurion to recruit a Fundraising Campaign Specialist. The role focuses on planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns to secure resources for vital programs, with hybrid work balancing office and remote tasks.

You will develop multi-channel campaigns, cultivate individual and corporate donors, create compelling materials, organize events, and report on results, collaborating with marketing to ensure consistent messaging.

Qualifications

• Proven success in fundraising, development, or a related non-profit role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with persuasive writing ability.
• Experience with CRM software and fundraising databases.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with the Centurion community and local philanthropic landscape.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated fundraising campaigns across multiple channels.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with individual and corporate donors.
• Create compelling fundraising materials, including appeals, proposals, and reports.
• Organize and execute fundraising events and donor engagement activities.
• Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights for improvement.
