You will identify donors, craft appeals and grant proposals, manage timelines, analyze results, and collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent messaging, while building lasting donor relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related non-profit role.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing fundraising campaigns with measurable results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong persuasive abilities.
• Proficiency in donor management software (CRM) and fundraising databases.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a hybrid team.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage integrated fundraising campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
