Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to lead development efforts in Centurion. You will design and execute strategies to secure funding from grants, corporate partnerships, and individual donors, enabling ambitious community goals.

Your role requires strategic thinking, persuasive communication, and a deep passion for the charity sector, driving revenue growth to support critical programs and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Non-profit fundraising proven track record with demonstrated success securing significant funding.
• Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred.
• Excellent proposal writing and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
• Experience with donor management software and fundraising CRMs.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities to develop fundraising plans.
• Passion for charity sector and alignment with the organization's mission.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet annual revenue targets.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit major gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
• Write compelling grant proposals and manage grant reporting requirements.
• Organize and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and donor cultivation activities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing donors and prospects in Centurion.
• Oversee the donor database and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
