This hybrid role requires coordinating production schedules with planning and supply chain, maintaining HACCP and ISO standards, and guiding teams to meet targets while optimizing costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years in production management in F&B manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, QA systems, and safety protocols.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Experience with ERP software and production planning tools.
• Hybrid work capability with on-site presence in Cape Town.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet volume, quality, and cost targets.
• Lead and mentor production teams, promoting safety and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO and health regulations.
• Optimize processes to reduce waste and control costs.
• Develop production schedules with planning and supply chain teams.
