Placements24 is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to optimize demand forecasting, inventory levels, and cross-functional collaboration. The role blends on-site coordination with remote flexibility to drive cost efficiency and service levels in a FMCG context.

You will work with ERP SAP and forecasting tools, guiding S&OP processes and partnering with production, logistics, and sales to meet demand with minimal waste.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years in supply chain planning, inventory or logistics coordination.
• Proven forecasting skills and software experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and optimization.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and supply chain planning tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop accurate demand forecasts from historical data and market trends.
• Plan and manage inventory across distribution points to optimize stock and costs.
• Coordinate with production, logistics and sales to ensure smooth operations.
• Optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs and other supply chain partners.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
• Monitor KPIs and report variances to stakeholders.
• Participate in S&OP meetings to align plans with objectives.
• Implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
