Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our FMCG operations in Pretoria. You will analyze supply chain data to identify trends, optimize inventory, and support decision-making across logistics, warehousing, and transportation in a hybrid setup.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–4 years of FMCG experience, with proficiency in Excel and SQL, and familiarity with planning software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain analysis in FMCG.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL and supply chain planning software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement across logistics and inventory management.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for the supply chain, tracking lead times, on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and transportation costs.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and sales, and with suppliers and logistics providers to streamline processes and resolve issues.
• Support implementation of new supply chain technologies and best practices to enhance visibility and efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on supply chain performance for management in Pretoria.
