Placements24 is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Executive to cover the Tembisa region in Gauteng. This hybrid role combines in-person client engagement with strategic remote planning and reporting to drive sales growth, increase market share, and strengthen distributor and retailer partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have FMCG experience, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Tembisa region.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activities, product placement, and promotional effectiveness.
• Present and sell our client's product portfolio to potential and existing clients.
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring prompt service.
