The ideal candidate has 3+ years in production or supply chain planning, proficiency with SAP or Oracle, strong Excel skills, and a detail-driven mindset for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning or supply chain planning in FMCG.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and planning software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address unforeseen issues.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to understand demand drivers and promotional impacts.
• Manage finished goods inventory to meet service level targets while minimizing holding costs.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Work with operations to ensure adherence to planned production runs and quality standards.
• Generate reports on production performance, inventory status, and schedule adherence.
• Participate in S&OP meetings and drive process improvements in planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the production planning function.
