Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate production schedules to meet demand forecasts and optimize plant capacity.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and procurement teams to gather demand information and material requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Identify potential production constraints or risks and develop mitigation plans.
