Qualifications

• Qualification in Social Work or related field required.
• Experience with families in social care or support settings.
• Strong communication, empathy and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits and community-based assessments.
• Provide emotional support and practical guidance to families.
• Develop and implement family support plans with agencies.
• Coordinate access to community resources and services.
• Maintain confidential case notes and reports.
• Liaise with schools, healthcare providers, and professionals.
• Organize family group activities or workshops.
