Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in event management, catering, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and execution of all assigned catering events, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
• Develop event proposals, menus, and detailed logistical plans.
• Coordinate with the culinary team on menu creation, preparation, and execution.
• Supervise on-site event staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen assistants.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring profitability while meeting client expectations.
• Oversee venue liaison, setup, breakdown, and adherence to venue regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards for food handling and service.
