You will guide ERP selections, lead implementations, and optimize processes to maximize ROI. A strong operational background and ERP knowledge are essential for success.

You will develop training for end-users, manage data migrations, and support change management throughout ERP projects, delivering measurable improvements for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience in business process analysis and mapping related to ERP functionalities.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and resources effectively.
• Proficiency in client communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the evaluation and selection of appropriate ERP software solutions.
• Lead and manage ERP implementation projects, overseeing configuration, data migration, and testing.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on ERP system functionalities.
