This role requires strong knowledge of enterprise software, system integration, and change management within a hybrid work structure that supports collaboration and individual focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, or a related field.
• PMP or ITIL certification is a strong advantage for this role.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with emphasis on enterprise systems implementation and integration.
• Experience with ERP/CRM platforms and other core business software.
• Familiarity with system integration techniques and data migration strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and deployment of enterprise system projects (ERP/CRM/HRIS).
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Manage resources, timelines, budgets, and risks across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and end-users for seamless integration and adoption.
• Develop change management plans to facilitate user transition and maximize system use.
