Placements24 in Soweto is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee ERP/CRM/SCM deployments across the business. You will lead cross-functional teams and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with the required quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or IT, PMP preferred, and 5+ years in project management with enterprise solutions. A hybrid work arrangement is offered to support collaboration and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field; PMP preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with enterprise solutions (ERP/CRM/SCM).
• Experience leading system integration and business process re-engineering.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software implementation lifecycles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise solution projects, from initiation to post-implementation review.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with business leaders and IT teams.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and subject matter experts.
• Oversee vendor management and ensure that third-party solutions meet project requirements and contractual obligations.
• Communicate project progress, key milestones, and potential issues to stakeholders regularly.
