Qualifications

• Proven experience in project development, proposal writing, and fundraising within the non-profit sector, particularly in environmental fields.

Responsibilities

• Identify new project opportunities aligned with the organization's mission and strategic goals.
• Conduct research and feasibility studies for potential projects.
• Develop comprehensive project proposals, including budgets, work plans, and impact assessments.
• Liaise with potential funding bodies, including foundations, government agencies, and corporate partners.
• Prepare and submit grant applications and funding requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including community groups and partners.
• Monitor project development progress and report to senior management.
• Ensure project proposals adhere to funder requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams to gather information for project development.
