Placements24 is seeking an experienced Community Engagement Lead for a dynamic non-profit in Randburg, Gauteng. You will design and oversee community initiatives, build partnerships with diverse stakeholders, and guide teams to promote participation and social cohesion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Sociology, Public Relations, Social Work, or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify and manage relationships with key community stakeholders and partner organizations.
• Design and run programs and events to foster participation and dialogue.
• Facilitate community meetings, workshops, and consultations to gather input and address concerns.
• Represent the organization at forums and public events as a liaison.
• Oversee development of communications materials for diverse audiences.
• Monitor and evaluate engagement outcomes and report findings.
